1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TableTrove (operated by FeastFleet Technologies Pvt. Ltd.), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Platform Description

TableTrove is an aggregator platform connecting diners with restaurants. We facilitate reservations and bookings but do not own or operate any restaurant. Each restaurant is an independent entity.

3. User Accounts

Users must provide accurate information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Users must be 18 years or older.

4. Reservations & Bookings

• All reservations are subject to restaurant availability
• Booking confirmations are issued in real-time via SMS/email
• Users must honour reservations or cancel within the stipulated timeframe
• No-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings

5. Payments & Pricing

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated
• Payments processed through secure PCI-DSS compliant gateways
• Experience bookings are prepaid; restaurant bills are settled directly

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and data on this platform are owned by FeastFleet Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

TableTrove acts as an intermediary. We are not liable for food quality, service, or any issue at the restaurant premises. Disputes shall be governed by the laws of India, subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.

Privacy Policy

1. Data We Collect

• Personal Data: Name, email, phone number, address
• Usage Data: Browsing history, search preferences, booking history
• Payment Data: Processed by PCI-DSS compliant partners; we do not store card details
• Device Data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers

• Process and manage restaurant reservations and experience bookings
• Personalize dining recommendations
• Send booking confirmations, reminders, and promotional offers
• Improve platform features and user experience

3. Data Sharing

We share data with: restaurant partners (for reservation fulfillment), payment processors, analytics providers, and as required by law. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

5. Data Retention

Refund Policy

1. Experience Bookings

• 48+ hours before: Full refund minus payment gateway charges
• 24-48 hours before: 50% refund
• Less than 24 hours: No refund (credit for future booking may be issued)

2. Gold Membership

• 14-day cooling-off period from purchase for full refund if unused
• Pro-rata refund within first 3 months if less than 3 benefits used
• No refund after 3 months

3. Restaurant Billing

Restaurant bills are settled directly with the restaurant. Any billing disputes should be raised with the restaurant. TableTrove can mediate but is not liable for restaurant charges.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Refund timelines depend on your bank/card issuer.

Cancellation Policy

1. Restaurant Reservations

• Free cancellation up to 2 hours before the reservation time
• Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a ₹200 penalty
• 3 consecutive no-shows may result in temporary account restriction

2. Dining Experiences

• 48+ hours: Free cancellation
• 24-48 hours: 50% cancellation fee
• Less than 24 hours: Full amount charged

3. Gold Membership

Annual membership may be cancelled within 14 days of purchase for a full refund if no benefits have been utilized.

4. How to Cancel

Cancel via the app, website, or by calling +91-80-4567-7890. Cancellation confirmation will be sent via SMS and email.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Nature of Service

TableTrove is a digital reservation platform. No physical goods are shipped. All services are delivered digitally (booking confirmations, e-tickets, membership credentials).

2. Digital Delivery

• Booking Confirmations: Instant via SMS and email
• Experience Vouchers: E-voucher sent within 30 minutes of booking
• Gold Membership: Activated instantly upon payment

3. Gift Cards

Digital gift cards are delivered to the recipient's email within 4 hours of purchase. Physical gift cards (if available) are shipped within 3-5 business days via insured courier.
